Belliza jewells ships across India and internationally. We have partnered with trusted logistics providers to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

·      Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days.

·      Made-to-order products require additional production time.

·      The estimated dispatch timeline is displayed on each product page.

·      Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

·      If there is any unexpected delay, our team will notify you in advance.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing:

·      Tracking URL

·      AWB (Air Waybill) Number

You can use these details to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Timelines

Ready-Made Jewellery

·      Dispatch: 2–3 working days

·      Delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch

Note: We do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location or unforeseen logistics delays.

Important: A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery. Our logistics partners use an OTP-based delivery process. If the OTP is not received or verified, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
